We currently offer shipping to India and international destinations. Shipping availability depends on the delivery location and courier partner coverage. If shipping is not available for your address, you will be informed during the checkout process.

Order Processing Time

All orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment. During festive seasons, sales events, or high-order volumes, processing time may be slightly extended. In case of any unexpected delay, our team will inform you promptly via email or phone.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 5–7 working days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on factors such as:

  • Delivery location

  • Courier partner

  • Product availability

  • Weather conditions or logistical constraints

International deliveries may take longer depending on customs clearance and local regulations.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

The final shipping cost will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.
Please note: Any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges for international orders must be borne by the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can use this information to monitor your shipment status until delivery. Customers are advised to ensure availability at the delivery address to avoid failed delivery attempts.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that all shipping details (address, contact number, pin code) are accurate at the time of placing the order.
Antiqar will not be responsible for delivery delays or non-delivery caused due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing the order, contact us immediately so we can try to update it before dispatch.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

We pack all products with utmost care to prevent damage during transit. However, in rare cases of loss or damage:

  • Please inform us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear images or videos of the package and product

Our team will coordinate with the courier partner and assist you with a suitable resolution as per policy.
