Returns & Refund Policy – Antiqar

At Antiqar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Returns & Refund Policy carefully to understand the conditions and process.


Return Window

We offer a 5-day return policy, which means you must request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Be unused, unworn, and undamaged

  • Include original tags, packaging, and accessories

  • Be accompanied by a receipt or valid proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at:

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will share:

  • Return approval confirmation

  • Return shipping instructions

  • Return shipping label (if applicable)

⚠️ Important:
Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us at return@antiqar.in within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or videos of the item and packaging.

Our team will evaluate the issue and arrange a suitable resolution.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Perishable goods (if applicable)

  • Personal care or hygiene-related products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

If you are unsure whether your product qualifies for return, please contact us before placing a return request.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to get a replacement item is to:

  1. Request a return for the original product

  2. Place a new order once the return is approved


European Union – 7-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a European Union (EU) country, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 7 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

The product must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Include original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Refunds are issued within 10 business days

Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
